Squishy Robotics is excited to be a finalist in Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC), a global competition enabling young companies to show how their innovations and ideas can address the greatest crises facing humanity and our planet. Squishy Robotics is among 56 finalists selected from 3,735 applicants, and will compete in the Transportation & Smart Cities category.
Beginning in early June, company CEO Dr. Alice Agogino and COO Deniz Dogruer started participating in the XTC Bootcamp sessions, receiving valuable coaching and mentoring from leading investors and industry experts, Pitch sessions for each category will be held later this month before the winners are selected. All sessions are virtual.
XTC is supported by leading corporations, investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and foundations and uses the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations when selecting finalists who offer purpose-driven innovations and technology.
“Creating a better world is a lofty objective, but we owe it to our fellow world citizens and to our planet to aim for just that,” said Agogino. “Our technology has the potential to be part of a safer and sustainable future and XTC is giving us the opportunity to share with corporate leaders and investors how Squishy Robotics can contribute to this challenge.”
